Chicago Fire All of Dick Wolf’s current NBC shows unite this week with a single story, starting with this new episode and then continuing Wednesday on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “Chicago PD.” 10 p.m. NBC

Dogs of War Each episode of this new documentary series (which moves to Sundays after this special Veterans Day premiere) follows a real-life combat veteran as he is paired with a service dog trained to help coax his human charge out of the fog of post-traumatic stress disorder. 10 p.m. A&E
