Royal Pains In the new episode a perfumer (Cheyenne Jackson) whose career is jeopardized by his diminishing sense of smell turns for help to Hank (Mark Feuerstein) for help. Also, Evan and Ray (Paulo Costanzo, Jeremy Davidson) hold a grand opening for HankLab, while Divya's (Reshma Shetty) efforts to protect Jeremiah (Ben Shenkman) put a strain on their friendship. Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Atlanta Falcons The unscripted series opens a new series visiting head coach Mike Smith and his NFL team as they prepare for the 2014 season. 10 p.m. HBO

Perception The death of an FBI agent who had been missing forces Pierce (Eric McCormack) to revisit the one case he never was able to solve. Rachael Leigh Cook also stars in this new episode with guest star Robert Curtis Brown. 10 p.m. TNT

Covert Affairs In this new episode, McQuaid (Nic Bishop) accompanies Annie (Piper Perabo) to Azerbaijan, hoping to find a former CIA officer. Christopher Gorham, Hill Harper and Kari Matchett also star and Amy Jo Johnson and Max Martini guest star. 10 p.m. USA

CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock For the second year, Little Big Town, the reigning CMA Vocal Group of the Year, hosts this new three-hour special, which showcases performances from some of country's hottest acts.
