Penguins: Spy in the Huddle, A Nature Special Presentation The miniseries concludes, appropriately, with the chicks reaching maturity and heading into the world on their own. 8 p.m. KOCE

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit A famous actress (Stevie Lynn Jones) gets involved in a car accident and then faces a charge of statutory rape in this new episode of the procedural drama. 9 p.m. NBC

Cutthroat Kitchen In this new five-episode competition, celebrities practice unbridled sabotage on one another as they battle it out under the watch of host Alton Brown. 9 p.m. Food

Legends In the first part of the two-hour season finale, Martin (Sean Bean) is dismayed when he escapes from interrogation, only to find that Sonya and Aiden (Amber Valletta, Mason Cook) have been kidnapped. In the conclusion, Martin learns that a mysterious figure named may be behind an assassination attempt. 9 and 10 p.m. TNT

Top Chef Duels The 10 chefs who made it through their previous duels face off for the grand prize in the season finale. 10 p.m. Bravo
