So You Think You Can Dance: The finalists perform in this new episode that features guest judge Christina Applegate and a performance from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (8 p.m. Fox).
Dallas: While fighting to protect Southfork from outsiders, the Ewings have some tough decisions to make in the wake of the murder. Jesse Metcalfe, Josh Henderson, Larry Hagman and Jordana Brewster star in this new episode (9 p.m. TNT).
Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America: In the new episode “Great Lakes,” Adam visits Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan to sample some local favorites (9 p.m. Travel).
Top Chef Masters: The cooking competition returns with of new faces, including judges Krista Simmons, a food and travel journalist, and Francis Lam, features editor of Gilt Taste. In the season premiere, the contestants must create a high-end buffet on the Las Vegas Strip (10 p.m. Bravo).

The CLIOs: World’s Best Commercials: JB Smoove hosts this one-hour special that looks at commercials nominated for CLIO recognition. Commercials spotlighted in this special feature some of the biggest names in TV, movies and sports, including Kevin Bacon, Larry Bird, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan (8 p.m. NBC).
Best of The Road: In this new special, teams of road trippers choose their favorite towns (8 p.m. Travel).
Jimmy Fallon’s Primetime Music Special: This new special features music sketches from “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” (10 p.m. NBC).
