Zachary Levi joins ‘Heroes Reborn’

NBC’s upcoming “Heroes Reborn,” the miniseries revival of its hit 2006 drama series, has announced another cast member: Zachary Levi.

Levi is no stranger to NBC viewers; he played the title role in “Chuck,” the spy comedy that ran from 2007 to 2012.

No word yet on what role Levi will be playing in the miniseries. The original series featured a group of strangers slowly discovering their superhuman powers.

Previously, NBC had revealed Jack Coleman, who played the Man in the Horn-Rimmed Glasses in the original series, would be reprising his role in the miniseries.

Though NBC has not revealed any more about the storyline for the miniseries, it has said it will release a series of Web videos prior to the premiere that will introduce the new characters and storylines.
