Fox dominates the People's Choice Awards this year with 22 nominations, more than any other network. Will your favorite CBS shows nab and award? That's up to you!
Glee and House lead the way for FOX with five nominations each. Glee is in the running for Favorite Comedy, and the show snagged Favorite Comedy Actor and Favorite Comedy Actress nominations for Matthew Morrison and Jane Lynch. Two of Glee's many guests round out the nominations -- both Neil Patrick Harris and Britney Spears are up for Favorite Guest Star.
The venerable medical show House is in the running for Favorite Drama this year. Hugh Laurie was nominated for both Favorite Drama Actor and Favorite Doctor. Lisa Edelstein is nominated for Favorite Drama Actress, while James Wilson will competing with house in the Favorite Doctor category. Considering how vindictive House can get, we advise Wilson to watch his back.
Fox's crime fighters and world-savers were also recognized. Bones and Lie to Me are both nominated for Favorite Crime Drama, while Emily Deschanel and Tim Roth will compete for Favorite Crime Fighter. the folks on Fringe fight a very different kind of crime than their peers, so they'll be up for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy Show.
The competition heats up in the Competition Show category: American Idol, Hell's Kitchen and So You Think You Can Dance will all vie for the title. The animated contingent is represented by nominees in the Favorite TV Family category: The Griffins from Family Guy will be competing against The Simpsons from their eponymous show. And finally, newcomers Raising Hope and Running Wilde will both be battling for the Favorite New Comedy award.
