Regis Philbin said goodbye to his "Live!" fans in November 2011 after cohosting the program since 1985. Philbin, 80, first entered the world of talk shows in 1964, when he briefly replaced Steve Allen on the "Westinghouse Tonight Show from Hollywood." In 2004, he broke the Guinness world record of most hours on camera, with 15,188. When he finished his last "Live!" episode, he had about 16,500 hours on the air.
