The event: H&M threw its annual H&M Loves Coachella party poolside at the Parker Palm Springs during the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Friday. It's one of many fashion-centric events happening over the weekend. Before the event, Siwy denim had a runway show, and after, the Soho Desert House popped up at a private villa in La Quinta with BMW, Grey Goose and the Harper's Bazaar Coachella pop-up shop.
The Haim sisters provided tunes at the DJ booth and had partygoers dancing and singing along to Mariah Carey's "Heartbreaker," Lil John and the Eastside Boyz's "Get Low" and Prince's "Kiss." The three sisters danced and posed for smartphone pictures as people crowded the DJ booth.
Actress Bella Thorne, in a floral-print maxidress, donned a floral headband and danced with her hands in the air by the pool; actor Charlie Carver was a true gentleman at the bar, ordering vodka lemonades for some ladies behind him; and "Modern Family's" Sarah Hyland was spotted posing for a series of silly pictures with model Gigi Hadid.
Who wore what: A woman in high-heeled sandals, a bathing suit top and skin-tight short-shorts nuzzled a man with unmanicured facial hair. Ferragni walked around in a black and white striped crop top, blue denim skirt and a black backpack. Singer Bonnie McKee's pink hair spilled over a thick headband, and she teetered around in patterned heels, a blue "surf Hawaii" tank top and denim shorts. And actress Kate Greer channeled Jennifer Lopez's famous Versace Grammy dress in a sheer green coverup with peekaboo panels.
Overheard: "I'd like to welcome everyone to my bat mitzvah." said Este Haim, taking the mic to address the crowd. "I love H&M. Coachella weekend one. Let's go, baby."
