Three of Southern California's finest chefs and one of its founding mixologists will be serving as co-hosts at the Taste, the Los Angeles Times' third annual celebration of food and wine, to be held Aug. 30 to Sept. 1 on the back lot of Paramount Studios.
This year's Taste will include five events spread over three days, starting with an exclusive cocktail party Friday, Aug. 30, that will bring together all of the weekend's featured chefs and mixologists.
The next morning, Saturday, Aug. 31, Cimarusti and Times food editor
Saturday evening, Yoon and Times restaurant critic
On the morning of Sunday, Sept. 1, Silverton and Times Test Kitchen director
Finally, Sunday night, Biancaniello, Times Deputy Food Editor
Tickets for the opening-night event are $125; availability is limited. For all other events, tickets are $50 if bought by July 14, $65 in advance and $85 at the door. Los Angeles Times members get a 20% discount on all tickets.
