DTLA Night Market: ramen pizza, galbi crispy buns and nitro cold brew

The massive 626 Night Market, billed as the largest night market in North America, proved so popular that the organizers expanded to a new downtown location.

DTLA Night Market on Friday and Saturday featured hundreds of vendors. Here’s a sample of the downtown food fest’s offerings, including Umaya Ramen’s barbecue chicken and bacon ramen pizza, Waffle Boss’ waffle ice cream sandwiches, Japadog’s nori-topped hot dogs, Emmie Tran’s galbi-stuffed crispy buns, Solid Coffee Roasters’ liquid-nitrogen-chilled cold-brewed coffee and so much more.
