The iHeartradio Album Release Party With Maroon 5 Adam Levine and fellow members of Maroon 5 mark the release of “V,” the group’s fifth studio album. 8 p.m. KTLA

Fashion Police This new episode looks at fashions from the Primetime Emmys and MTV’s Video Music Awards. 8 p.m. E!

Pretty Little Liars In the midseason finale, the Liars may have to put their trust in an unreliable ally as Alison (Sasha Pieterse) leads them down a dangerous path. Lucy Hale and Troian Bellisario also star. 8 and 10 p.m. Family

Face Off In this new episode teams must re-imagine characters from “The Wonderful World of Oz,” as if they were in “Alice’s Wonderland.” 9 p.m. Syfy

Rizzoli & Isles While the city is in the grip of a heat wave, Jane and Maura (Angie Harmon, Sasha Alexander) find a man who died in a bathtub full of ice in this new episode. 9 p.m. TNT
