Line: Falcons by 3. O/U: 47.

Atlanta has had offensive line issues all season, and the Falcons will have problems with a physical Cleveland defense. Browns are getting All-Pro receiver Josh Gordon back.

NEW YORK JETS (2-8) vs. BUFFALO (5-5) at Ford Field, Detroit

Monday, 4 p.m.

Prediction: Jets 21, Bills 17

TV: None.

Line: None.

Considering the Bills were unable to practice most of the week because of the historic blizzard in the Buffalo area, the Jets have an edge in this game moved to Detroit’s Ford Field.

CINCINNATI (6-3-1) at HOUSTON (5-5)

Prediction: Bengals 23, Texans 20

TV: Channel 2. DirecTV: 707.

Line: Texans by 1 1/2. O/U: 43 1/2.

There’s a lot to like about Ryan Mallett, but if the Bengals can confuse him and make him hesitate, they can pounce. Maybe Cincinnati exorcised a demon with big win at Saints.

JACKSONVILLE (1-9) at INDIANAPOLIS (6-4)

Prediction: Colts 35, Jaguars 14

Line: Colts by 14. O/U: 50 1/2.

Watch for Andrew Luck and the Colts to bounce back strong after a lopsided loss to New England. Blake Bortles has shown promise, but he’s just not there yet.

TENNESSEE (2-8) at PHILADELPHIA (7-3)

Prediction: Eagles 31, Titans 21

Line: Eagles by 11. O/U: 48 1/2.

The Eagles have won nine in a row at home, and the Titans are trying to snap a four-game losing streak. Watch for Mark Sanchez to bounce back after a meltdown in Green Bay.

TAMPA BAY (2-8) at CHICAGO (4-6)

Prediction: Bears 28, Buccaneers 21

Line: Bears by 5 1/2. O/U: 46 1/2.

Watching tape of Mike Evans has to give the Bears chills. But the Buccaneers don’t have a lot of ways to do damage if he’s contained. Chicago should get its second home win.

GREEN BAY (7-3) at MINNESOTA (4-6)

Prediction: Packers 31, Vikings 17

Line: Packers by 9 1/2. O/U: 48 1/2.

The Vikings, averaging 15.0 points in last six games, don’t have the offense to keep pace, not when Aaron Rodgers is slicing and dicing, and Eddie Lacy is running downhill.

DETROIT (7-3) at NEW ENGLAND (8-2)

Prediction: Patriots 28, Lions 17

TV: None. DirecTV: 712.

Line: Patriots by 7. O/U: 48 1/2.

These aren’t the typical Lions. They’re good on defense and struggling on offense. Either way, they’ll have a hard time in Foxborough, where the Patriots have won 14 straight.

ST. LOUIS (4-6) at SAN DIEGO (6-4)

Prediction: Rams 23, Chargers 21

TV: Channel 11. DirecTV: 713.

Line: Chargers by 5. O/U: 43 1/2.

The Rams are no joke, having beaten Seattle, San Francisco and Denver in the last five weeks. Philip Rivers is playing hurt, and he’s likely to absorb a lot of hits in this one.

ARIZONA (9-1) at SEATTLE (6-4)

Sunday, 1 p.m.

Prediction: Cardinals 24, Seahawks 21

TV: None. DirecTV: 714.

Line: Seahawks by 6 1/2. O/U: 42.

These two teams are going in opposite directions. The Seahawks are really struggling on offense, and it won’t help going up against this playmaking Cardinals defense. A test for Drew Stanton.

WASHINGTON (3-7) at SAN FRANCISCO (6-4)

Prediction: 49ers 24, Redskins 17

TV: None. DirecTV: 715.

Line: 49ers by 9. O/U: 44.

Tossup on which team has more behind-the-scenes drama. Regardless, San Francisco’s defense getting on a familiar roll with Aldon Smith and red-hot rookie Chris Borland.

MIAMI (6-4) at DENVER (7-3)

Prediction: Broncos 28, Dolphins 24

TV: Channel 2. DirecTV: 716.

Line: Broncos by 7. O/U: 49.

The Broncos are 1-2 in the last three weeks, and they’re running out of healthy offensive weapons. Still, they should be able to hold on at home, even though Miami is rested.

DALLAS (7-3) at NEW YORK GIANTS (3-7)

Sunday, 5:30 p.m.

Prediction: Cowboys 28, Giants 21

TV: Channel 4.

Line: Cowboys by 3 1/2. O/U: 47 1/2.

Dallas is rested after its London game and is 4-0 on the road. The Giants have lost five in a row and are groping for answers. Watch for a big DeMarco Murray game.

BALTIMORE (6-4) at NEW ORLEANS (4-6)

Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Prediction: Ravens 28, Saints 27

TV: ESPN.

Line: Saints by 3 1/2. O/U: 50.

There’s no fear in playing at the Superdome anymore. The Saints have lost two in a row there, and their once-vaunted offense has issues. The Ravens are rested and ready.
