Soccer: All-America teams announced by coaches association
The National Soccer Coaches Assn. has released its boys and girls All-America teams for 2016.
Among the boys players were Brandon Sanchez of Santa Barbara; Bryan Ortega of Paramount; Elliot Smith-Hastie of Loyola, and Maximilliano Valdivia of L.A. Cathedral.
Among the girls players were Natasa Eleftheriou of Palos Verdes; Machaela George of Santa Margarita, and Skylar Smith of Tesoro.
