Photos: World’s largest Halloween disco party is in West Hollywood
Thousands of costumed revelers and onlookers turned out tonight in West Hollywood for the 29th annual Halloween Carnaval. The festival, which the city calls “the world’s largest Halloween festivity,” has a disco theme this year.
The celebration is scheduled for 6 to 11 p.m. but is likely to last much longer. It’s taking place on Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard.
