The Clippers will play Game 7 of their second-round playoff series against the Houston Rockets at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Toyota Center.

The game will be broadcast on ABC. The winner will advance to play the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference finals, which will begin on Tuesday night in Oakland.

The Clippers had a 3-1 series lead over the Rockets, then they lost Games 5 and 6. Only eight teams in NBA history have recovered from a 3-1 series deficit to advance to the next round.

The Rockets beat the Clippers in Game 6 on Thursday, 119-107, after overcoming a 19-point third quarter deficit by outscoring the Clippers in the fourth quarter, 40-15.

“It’s hard today, it’ll be hard tomorrow, but by the time we lace up, they’ll be ready to play,” Clippers Coach Doc Rivers said Thursday evening. “You have no choice.”

The home team wins Game 7s in NBA playoff series nearly 80% of the time, and Game 7 is in Houston. But the Clippers have some good Game 7 playoff experience.

The Clippers had Game 7 victories in the first round over Memphis in 2012, Golden State in 2014 and San Antonio earlier this month.
