Sandy Koufax, Vin Scully added to Dodgers bobblehead lineup

The Dodgers will again make bobbleheads of their two greatest icons as they add dolls of Sandy Koufax and Vin Scully to their promotional calendar for the upcoming season.

The team also announced Friday that Fernando Valenzuela and Justin Turner would have a bobblehead night at Dodger Stadium.

Koufax’s bobblehead night will be on Aug. 13 for a game against the Cincinnati Reds; Turner’s on Sept. 1 against the San Francisco Giants; Valenzuela’s on Sept. 16 against the Colorado Rockies; and Scully’s on Sept. 23 against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

In all, the Dodgers will have 10 bobblehead nights. Previously announced were bobblehead nights for Clayton Kershaw (May 12), Adrian Gonzalez (May 23), Kenley Jansen (June 4), Maury Wills (July 6), Juan Uribe (July 11) and Yasiel Puig (July 29).

The Dodgers have also scheduled movie screenings at the ballpark for the third consecutive season.

After their June 20 game against the Giants, the Dodgers will show “The Lego Movie” at the stadium. “Back to the Future” will be shown following an Aug. 15 contest against the Reds.
