Baseball: Daniel Amaral is MVP of the Sunset League

Outfielder Daniel Amaral, who helped Huntington Beach win the Southern Section Division 1 championship on Saturday night, is the MVP of the Sunset League.

The pitcher of the year was junior Hagen Danner of Huntington Beach. The rookie of the year was sophomore Travis Burleson of Fountain Valley.
