VS. REAL SALT LAKE

On the air: TV: Prime Ticket (tape-delayed after Dodgers game); Radio: 570, 1330.

Where: Home Depot Center.

Records: Galaxy 2-1-9, Real Salt Lake 3-6-3.

Record vs. Real: 0-0-1.

Update: The first game of the season between the clubs was startling, to say the least. Real was leading, 1-0, in the 90th minute and then three goals were scored in stoppage time to produce an improbable 2-2 tie. Galaxy forward Landon Donovan scored one of those goals, but Donovan now is in South Africa with the U.S. team, which plays Italy on Monday in the Confederations Cup. Real Salt Lake will also be missing an influential player because defender Robbie Russell is serving a one-game suspension. The Galaxy, in fifth place in the Western Conference, is unbeaten in its last 10 games. “The habit of not losing is good,” Coach Bruce Arena said. “Now we need to have the habit of winning.” Real, in sixth place, has not won since thrashing New England, 6-0, on April 25, going 0-5-3. It has scored only five goals in those eight games.
