Dan Patrick has been named as the third face of NBC’s coverage at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, serving as weekday and weekend host on the network’s sports channel, NBCSN.

The former ESPN star and current host of a nationally syndicated radio program has established himself at NBC as co-host of the “Football Night in America” show before Sunday night football games.

He joins Bob Costas and Al Michaels as the primary anchors in Sochi.

Network executives also announced that Rebecca Lowe and veteran television journalist Lester Holt will join the broadcast team.
