Energizer Holdings to buy 3 feminine-hygiene brands from J&J

The maker of Energizer batteries announced Wednesday it is buying three brands of feminine hygiene products from Johnson & Johnson for $135 million. St. Louis-based Energizer Holdings Inc. said it would pay cash for the Stayfree, Carefree and o.b. brands. The deal includes a manufacturing plant in Montreal.
