Angels sends closer Huston Street to DL with strained oblique

The Angels put closer Huston Street on the 15-day disabled list with a left oblique strain Thursday. They will make a corresponding move Friday, probably recalling a reliever from triple-A Salt Lake to join their bullpen for a six-game trip to Texas and Milwaukee.

Prime candidates appear to be right-handers Cam Bedrosian, the owner of a 3.24 earned-run average with the Bees this season, and Al Alburquerque, who has a 3.00 ERA.
