NBA officiating report notes incorrect late call in Lakers' loss to Heat

The Lakers (16-44) lost a close battle in Miami to the Heat (27-33), falling, 100-94, on Wednesday night. According to the NBA's "Last Two Minute Report," of the seven calls or non-calls made over the final two minutes of play, Jordan Hill's foul on Hassan Whiteside with 15.6 seconds left was an incorrect call. With the Lakers down 97-94, Jordan Clarkson missed a three-point attempt, which was rebounded by Whiteside.  Hill was called for a foul, which sent the young center to the line for two free throws.  Whiteside converted one, to push Miami up by four.
