Ed Davis has hit nearly all of his shots for Lakers in preseason

The Lakers brought in 6-foot-10 forward/center Ed Davis this offseason on a two-year minimum contract worth $2.1 million (with a player option on the second season). Coming off the bench through four exhibition games, Davis has impressed -- hitting 15 shots from the field in 19 tries. At 78.9%, Davis is leading the NBA in field goal percentage for players who have taken at least 19 attempts. Coach Byron Scott has Davis playing behind starter Jordan Hill.  Scott recently noted that Davis will exclusively play center (and not power forward) for the foreseeable future. Scott has platooned Davis with third-year center Robert Sacre, who is averaging 6.2 points and 2.5 rebounds...
