ORANGE COUNTY
Doreen A. McKee of Tustin has been promoted to vice president-controller at Orange National Bank in Orange. McKee, who had been assistant vice president-cashier at the bank, now is responsible for the administration of banking operations, including accounting, reporting and investments, said bank president Wayne F. Miller.
