Former baseball commissioner A.B. (Happy) Chandler suffered a second minor stroke and was re-admitted to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Ky., just 4 1/2 hours after being released. Chandler, 89, was originally admitted on Wednesday for observation following the first stroke, then released 24 hours later. He was reported in good condition Thursday night.
