Swedish hockey star Mikael Lindholm could be suspended for life and sued for breach of contract if he decides to continue to play with the Kings, it was reported in Stockholm.
Lindholm, 24, who has played two years for Brynas and was under contract with the Swedish Elite League club, signed a two-year contract with the Kings earlier this summer, although the June 30 deadline for transfers between Sweden and the National Hockey League had passed.
