Country Music Nominees: Rowdy country singer Hank Williams Jr. got six Academy of Country Music Award nominations Tuesday for a duet with his late, legendary father, who got five nods. The duet “There’s a Tear in My Beer” was also nominated for top song, record and video. Clint Black also got six nominations, including best album and song for “Killin’ Time.” Grammy-winning singer Rodney Crowell joins Williams, Randy Travis, George Strait, Dolly Parton and Alabama in the top entertainer category. The 25th annual awards show takes place April 25 at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood and will be shown on NBC the same night.
