COMING HOME: Laguna Beach author T. Jefferson Parker (“Laguna Heat,” “Little Saigon”) will be visiting his past when he lectures tonight in Newport Beach. . . . He’ll be at the boathouse owned by Orange Coast College, the school he attended back in the ‘70s. . . . “I was a closet writer wanna-be at that point,” he says.
