5 Youths Arrested in Graffiti Case
Police arrested five juveniles Saturday afternoon on suspicion of spray-painting graffiti on walls of city buildings and South Oxnard homes.
Police responded to a call of vandalism in progress in the area of the railroad tracks between Concord Drive and Sycamore Street. Officers found the suspects in the area of the railroad tracks just north of Bard Road, west of Terrace Avenue, police said. All were arrested on suspicion of vandalism, police said.
