BUENA PARK : Students’ Photos to Go on Display
Photographic works by Cypress College students will be on display Saturday through May 20 at Buena Park Mall.
The works will be those judged best among more than 240 submitted for judging in the fifth annual juried student exhibition. They will be chosen by juror Dorritt Fitzgerald Rawlins, curator of exhibitions at the Irvine Fine Arts Center. Included in the exhibit will be photographs in black and white and in color, and alternative processes, electronic imaging and mixed media.
An awards ceremony is planned for 7 p.m. May 4 at the mall, with students receiving more than $2,500 in goods and services from a variety of sponsors.
