Nancy Ramsbottom, who has not won on the LPGA tour in nearly a decade, eagled the eighth hole Thursday en route to an eight-under-par 64 and a one-stroke lead after the opening round of the Corning Classic at Corning, N.Y..
Pat Bradley and Amy Benz shared second at 65, and Beth Daniel was next at 67.
