SOUTH COUNTY : Class to Help Seniors Hone Driving Skills

Share

Senior citizens looking to improve their driving skills and get a discount on auto insurance can sign up for a two-day workshop available throughout South County in June.

Sponsored by the American Assn. of Retired Persons, the class is open to people who are at least 50 years old. The cost is $8, and preregistration is required.

Upon completion of the eight-hour clinic, seniors are given a certificate that can be sent to auto insurance companies for good-driver discounts.
