Tigers Give Fick Six-Figure Signing Bonus

Cal State Northridge catcher Robert Fick has signed with the Detroit Tigers and will play for Class-A Jamestown, N.Y.

Fick, a consensus All-American who batted .420 with 25 home runs and 96 runs batted in while leading Northridge to a 52-18 record, received a bonus of more than $100,000.
