GOLDEN LEAGUE
Antelope Valley 34, Quartz Hill 7--John Molock and Jermaine Norman each ran for two touchdowns and Demetre Booker ran for another for the Antelopes (3-4, 2-0) at Quartz Hill.
Norman scored on runs of 27 and one yard to give Antelope Valley a 14-0 lead in the second quarter. Booker made the score 20-7 at the half with his five-yard run.
Molock scored on runs of six and three yards in the second half. Booker was the workhorse for the Antelopes, running for 160 yards in 25 carries. Antelope Valley amassed 331 yards on the ground.
Jeff Williams teamed with Justin Waasdorp on an eight-yard touchdown pass midway through the second quarter for Quartz Hill (2-5, 0-2).
