The city is poised to complete Santiago Park renovations with, among other things, new tot lot equipment, a playhouse, picnic tables and grills. The City Council last week approved a contract with Green Giant Landscaping for the work at a cost of $329,912. The improvements make up Phase II of the Santiago Park renovation. Phase I was completed two years ago with a main playground, swings and rubberized surfacing.
