Grant to Fund Projects for Homeless and Others
Orange County has received a $4.1-million grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to help fund projects for the homeless and others.
The grant will help pay for a transitional shelter for families, substance-abuse treatment programs, child-care services, and housing assistance for disabled and special-needs populations.
