Fountain Valley Los Amigos 41, Garden Grove 7--Anthony Matagi rushed for 179 yards in 23 carries and scored four touchdowns as Los Amigos (5-2, 3-0) defeated Garden Grove (6-1, 3-1) to move into first place in the Garden Grove League.

Garden Grove, the defending league champion, scored on the first play from scrimmage, an 80-yard run by Ruben Hernandez.

Matagi returned the ensuing kickoff 65 yards to the Argonaut 37-yard line, then later scored from three yards out to tie the score.

Matagi scored on runs of four, five and 36 yards, and quarterback Maopu Tuato scored on a one-yard run and completed a 70-yard touchdown pass play to Matt Hardin.
