Chapman Repaving Will Force Lane Closings
A $600,000 construction project that closes most lanes of Chapman Avenue will be completed in November, officials said.
Chapman will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Magnolia and Brookhurst streets while construction crews work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Construction zone parking will be restricted, but there will be access to businesses and residences.
