LiveNation Sells SFX Baseball Division

Beverly Hills-based concert promoter Live Nation Inc. sold its baseball division to focus on tours and venues.
The sale of SFX Baseball, based in Northbrook, Ill., to a company formed by the unit’s management means Live Nation’s divestiture of all its sports agencies is “nearly complete,” Live Nation Chief Executive Michael Rapino said. Terms were not disclosed.
