Jason Biggs lists house in Hollywood Hills West

Jason Biggs of the “American Pie” films has listed a house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.995 million.

The Midcentury Modern-style home, built in 1963, is walled and gated with city-to-ocean views. Vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-concept plan bring natural light into the 2,756 square feet of interiors.

A den/office, a media room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms are among the interior spaces. The main living areas open to a terrace and swimming pool.

There’s also an outdoor gym and a dog run.

Biggs, 36, is in the series “Orange Is the New Black.” He also plays Leonardo on the animated series “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

He bought the property in 2007 for $2.249 million, public records show. The next year he married actress-author Jenny Mollen. She has been on “Angel” (2003-04), “Viva Laughlin” (2007) and “Crash” (2009).
