Baseball: The freshmen contingent at Oregon
Three freshmen from Southern California _ Austin Grebeck from Mater Dei, Jack Kruger from Oaks Christian and A.J. Balta from Valencia _ will try to become contributors this spring for Oregon’s baseball team.
Grebeck plays outfield, Kruger is a catcher and Balta is an infielder. Kruger was originally committed to Army but ended up with the Ducks.
