Early signing day: Hamilton’s Dalton Blumenfeld enjoys the spotlight
All-City catcher Dalton Blumenfeld has been committed to Loyola Marymount so long that signing officially on Wednesday was more about letting others celebrate in the achievement.
Blumenfeld is one of the top players in the City Section. He batted .407 with six home runs as a junior.
He was surrounded on Wednesday by his parents, coaches and administrators.
