Update: These teams met Sept. 10 at the Home Depot Center, and United won convincingly, 3-0, for its first win in that arena in four trips. All three goals were scored by striker Charlie Davies. With a 3-2 defeat to Chicago on Saturday, Chivas has lost four straight and is on a six-game winless streak, both season-worst marks. Chivas is in seventh place in the Western Conference.
