NBA game of the week
Looking ahead
HOUSTON AT NEW YORK: Monday, 4:30 p.m. PST. TV: NBA TV
Jeremy Lin returns to the birthplace of Linsanity, having morphed into merely “meh” with the Houston Rockets. He has shown flashes of the phenomenon that captivated the nation last season, scoring 38 points in a recent loss to San Antonio, but he’s largely become an average NBA point guard. Meanwhile, the Knicks have become one of the league’s leading surprises in part because of Lin’s replacement, Raymond Felton. One of their handful of losses came against the Rockets last month in Houston during a 131-103 setback.
