Chad Barrett lifts Quakes to 1-1 draw with Galaxy
Chad Barrett headed home Shea Salinas’ free kick in the 90th minute to give the San Jose Earthquakes a 1-1 draw with Los Angeles Galaxy in the final matchup of the 2016 California Clasico on Saturday night.
Giovani dos Santos opened the scoring for the Galaxy (5-3-8) in the 69th minute, finishing Steven Gerrard’s wide cross with a header into the right corner of the goal.
