Three days after crashing during warm-ups in Sweden, American skier Mikaela Shiffrin isn’t sure when she and her injured right knee will be ready to race.

Speaking through social media, Shiffrin said doctors back home have confirmed she suffered a torn ligament and some bone bruising, but found no additional injuries.

“I know lots of people are anxious to predict when I might return to skiing and then racing, but we just don’t have any crystal balls,” she wrote.
