Television personalities Regis and Joy Philbin have bought a condominium in Beverly Hills for $2.5 million.

Found within a new development by Etco Homes, the front-facing unit features direct elevator access, Fleetwood windows and pocket doors and a contemporary kitchen with an island/bar and Miele appliances.

A foyer and formal entry, living and dining rooms, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms lie within roughly 2,700 square feet of interiors. Two-tone color schemes, hardwood and ceramic tile floors and recessed lighting lend a contemporary look to the floor plan.
