Producer Janet Healy sells to actors Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez

for $1.435 million.

The Spanish-style house, built in the 1930s, features a stained-glass window in the living room, a paneled library with a bar, a media room and an office. The more than 3,900-square-foot home has three bedrooms and 31/2 bathrooms. The walled grounds includes terraces, fountains and tile murals.

Zach Gilford, 29, has been a regular on "Friday Night Lights" since 2006. This year he was also in the medical drama

"Off the Map."

Kiele Sanchez, 35, stars on "The Glades" (2010-11). She was on "Lost" in 2006 and 2007.

Among Healy's credits are "Despicable Me" (2010) and

Dr. Seuss

' "The Lorax," set for release in March. She bought the house in 2007 for $1.7 million, public records show.

Elena Jovis of Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Alessandra Young of Prudential California Realty in Los Feliz represented the buyers.
