George Clooney and the former Amal Alamuddin, now Amal Clooney, are keeping the fun rolling: The newlyweds celebrated their marriage again over the weekend with a party across the pond.

Ramzi and Baria Alamuddin, Amal’s parents, hosted the gathering Saturday at the Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, west of London, People reported.

The Oscar winner had reportedly picked up the tab for the elaborate late-September wedding festivities in Venice, where the two wrapped up a long weekend of celebration with a civil ceremony making their vows legal.

The guests in Marlow were primarily family members and friends, including people from the bride’s law firm as well as others who’d traveled from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Lebanon, her home country, People said. There were reportedly a number of government ministers and ambassadors among those enjoying the evening.

The party included a cocktail hour and a three-course meal, Us Weekly said, adding that some of the actor’s relatives from Buffalo, N.Y., were on hand.

While People put the guest list at 200 people, the Telegraph said there were only 90; both outlets, however, agreed that celebrities in general were absent.

Many Alamuddin cousins who showed up Saturday had been unable to make it to the festivities in Venice, reported the Telegraph, which labeled hosts Ramzi and Baria Alamuddin the “guests of honour.”

“It was so sophisticated,” one unnamed relative told the paper about the weekend party, held in a venue that overlooked the Thames. “I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. It’s like coming to Disneyland. It was so wonderful to see everyone and all of the cousins, people I haven’t seen for so long.”

Amal Clooney, who’s currently advising the government of Greece regarding the return of marble statues from the Parthenon that are currently in a British museum, wore a gold Donna Karan gown that, according to Harper’s Bazaar, was also her dress of choice for the London premiere of “The Monuments Men” in February.

The newlyweds are said to have purchased a nine-bedroom 17th century mansion on 4 acres in nearby Sonning, Berkshire, which is also about a 40-minute drive from where her parents live.

George Clooney had flown in to London on Thursday and joined his wife at the home, where Us said they hosted an intimate dinner Friday that ran until about 11:30 p.m.
