Black Box The drama ends its season with a two-hour episode where Catherine (Kelly Reilly) starts exhibiting strange behavior, but refuses to check into a hospital. 8 p.m. ABC
Hell’s Kitchen The two finalists (Jason Zepaltas and Scott Commings) much each prepare five dishes for five of Los Angeles’ top chefs, with the winner getting the grand prize, head chef at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. 8 p.m. Fox
Project Runway Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn return, along with judges Nina Garcia and Zac Posen. In the two-part season premiere viewers are introduced to the 19 designers competing for the 16 spots in the series, then the winnowing-down begins. 8 and 9 p.m. Lifetime
Welcome to Sweden Amy Poehler guest stars as herself on her brother Greg’s comedy in this new episode. Aubrey Plaza, also appearing as herself. Josephine Bornebusch, Lena Olin and Patrick Duffy also star. 9 p.m. NBC
The Layover With Anthony Bourdain This new episode stops right here in L.A. to sample the best food around, then visits Chateau Marmont hotel.9 p.m. Travel
