So You Think You Can Dance The top eight dancers perform, and one will be sent home in this new two-hour episode of the unscripted competition. Paula Abdul, Jason Derulo, Nigel Lythgoe and Maddie Ziegler are the judges, and Cat Deeley hosts. 8 p.m. Fox

Cupcake Wars Yvette Nicole Brown, Brooke Burke-Charvet, Carson Kressley and Vanessa Marano share a “knight” to remember as they compete to prove which of them deserves to have their cupcakes featured at a party celebrating the 30th anniversary of Medieval Times, the dinner-and-tournament attraction. Medieval Times cast members Lou Klein and Julie McCurdie join Florian Bellanger and Elizabeth Chambers to help select the winner. 8 p.m. Food

The Making of the Mob: Chicago This new episode revisits the infamous “St. Valentine’s Day Massacre,” the 1929 bloodbath in a Chicago garage that Al Capone orchestrated to assert his power over his enemies. UnReal Rachel (Shiri Appleby) hatches a scheme as Coleman (Michael Rady) pressures her to help him destroy Quinn (Constance Zimmer) in this new episode. 10 p.m. Lifetime
